Ashmere Derbyshire are very pleased to announce its feature in the Knight Frank Luxury Care Home Guide 2021.
Global property adviser, Knight Frank has launched the fifth edition of its prestigious annual UK Luxury Care Home Guide which Ashmere’s newest home, Heanor Park is featured in.
David Poxton, Director of Ashmere Derbyshire, said: “It is fantastic that we have been recognised in the Luxury Care Home Guide. So much research and time went into building Heanor Park to enable us t0 build a luxurious accommodation for Derbyshire.”
Heanor Park opened in 2019 and is a 60-bed care home in the heart of Heanor. It features state-of-the-art technology to assist with care, including circadian lighting and acoustic monitoring. It also has a spa room, cinema and convenience store.
