Devonshire is a specialist D/deaf household within Heanor Park Care Home which provides residential care for up to 5 older Deaf adults with additional care needs. We are proud to promote a strong Deaf community within Devonshire which actively uses British Sign Language on a daily basis.

A brand-new, purpose-built luxury living community, all whilst still offering a fantastic homely feel.

This home was previously a public house converted to a care home in 1997. It has 25 bedrooms, 22 single rooms, 10 of which benefit from en-suite facilities. There are 3 double rooms, 2 with en-suite available.
