Ashmere residents and staff have been making the most of the sunshine this summer with a trip to Cleethorpes.
The first thing on everyone’s mind on arrival was to enjoy a fish & chips lunch while admiring the view from the pier.
All twelve residents and staff then headed down to the beach where everyone could get the full experience of being by the sea. A few of the residents wanted to get fully immersed into the experience by having a paddle in the water.
To finish off the day everyone regrouped at the pub, before heading back home to Derbyshire.
