Brenda’s Story –
“I have lived at Heanor Park Care Home for almost 4 years. I moved in after it was no longer safe for me to live at home. My daughters highlighted this home to me and I am so pleased they did because I love it here so much! It really is my home. It’s the staff that make the place, they are all wonderful! I have found it really easy to fit in and make friends. I am known for my crocheting, it’s a hobby I started at 9 years old, I stopped for a while but when I came to Heanor Park I decided to pick the skill back up and since then I have made hundreds of blankets for people. I would recommend this home to anyone, it is a fantastic place to live and I can’t fault the team!”
